The company has developed the InClass®
system for taking, recording and reporting attendance in schools. The
entire system can be adapted to an existing wireless network or
hardwired, which allows multiple classrooms to be linked
to a main dedicated server. The illustration above shows our SmartCard ID badge holders and our newly introduced "credit card"
sized SmartCard which can double as a picture ID card. Students wearing
or carrying our unique and proprietary ID system (patent pending) are located by
devices placed over the doorways. As students enter or leave a
classroom, their SmartCard (ID Card or Badge Holder) is read by the device and transmitted to the
central dedicated server. To insure privacy, no personal
information is stored on or transmitted from the SmartCard. Handheld computers allow attendance reports,
school bulletins and notices to be sent to the classroom.
InClass® comes with all the
hardware/software necessary to outfit any school, regardless of size or
campus configuration.
The attendance data is
returned to the classroom and then to the teacher on a handheld computer.
The teacher need only confirm attendance on the handheld and the data is
entered into the attendance logs for that period.
