This product marks the first successful application of InCom technology to the hard asset tracking market. Initially, InCom was asked to solve the dispatch and tracking problems associated with the agricultural chemical distribution business. AgChem dealers supply not only chemicals and expertise in application specific to certain crops, but also the equipment to mix and apply their products.
During the busy seasons, asset accountability and turnover is often forced to the “back burner’ in order to satisfy customer demand. Now, with onsite® customer demands can be met with real time accountability of asset location, availability and inventory. Deliveries and pick ups can be scheduled in advance and the “exception” function assures the client that every piece of equipment leaving the yard is fully accounted for and assigned a location and expected pick up time for return to the base.
OnSite software prepared numerous reports designed by and for customers, as well as remote access by authorized management personnel. Equipment inventory and availability is provided to management in realtime. All tags come with two years warranties and the system can often be installed in one working day.
